ABOUT DR. GOSALIA
Amit Gosalia, AuD started his education following in his fathers footsteps...medicine. However, as fate would have it, he met a hearing aid dealer in Arizona, and he pivoted towards Audiology. With an education-first mindset, he completed his bachelors degree in Speech and Hearing Sciences from Arizona State University, followed by his Masters Degree in Communication Sciences. After joining Arizona Audiology and Hearing Associates in Sun City West, AZ, he quickly learned the ins and outs of private practice.
His passion and drive led him and his family to Vancouver WA, where he and his wife, Charmi, purchased Audiology Clinic, Inc. They quickly saw tremendous growth using a patient-centric philosophy along with being responsible community partners. He learned the the intricacies of the purchase process and what areas of the business to focus on.
His involvement in numerous non-profit organizations allowed Dr. Gosalia to be a "man for others" and enjoy the ability to give back. Along with the local community, he has been actively involved in audiology-related organizations, locally and nationally. In 2006, he was elected President of the Arizona Speech-Hearing Association (ArSHA) and within the year, he was awarded the Professional Leadership Award by the Audiology Foundation of America (AFA) for his leadership abilities on the local level. Since then, he has been elected and served on numerous committees and board throughout Audiology and has been involved in many passion projects, such as the AuDLifestyle and consulting for business owners to help them grow, which he calls Achieve Growth.
In 2017, Dr. Gosalia and his wife sold their practice after a few short years of tremendous and significant growth. The process of selling a business was not as simple as they expected. He learned about how to position the practice financially to get the best price possible, all while keeping his patients' future care in mind.
His experiences through his career have given him the tools to help others succeed in their businesses. His high school motta "Men for Others" was not glossed over by Dr. Gosalia!
Dr. Gosalia currently lives in Los Angeles California with his wife, daughter and their rescue dog!
